Where feasible, DGMY will first try to diagnose and solve product failures through the Internet, telephone or other remote help.If some problems can be solved by the user installing the designated software update or replacement, DGMY will guide the user to obtain and install such software update or replacement; For some component failures that users cannot solve by themselves, DGMY has the right to repair or replace the faulty or defective parts. If the above problems cannot be solved, DGMY will arrange services according to the specified warranty service types, service time and service duration.If the solution required by users is beyond the scope of this service policy, users need to bear the corresponding service fees.
